This is a Monday to Friday role. Mo tatou Ratonga | About our Service The Sexual Health Service is based at 3 Ohaupo Road in Hamilton and provides free confidential sexual healthcare. Our core service is the diagnosis and management of sexually transmitted infections including appropriate partner notification. The service also provides emergency contraception, vaccination for Hepatitis B and Gardasil, and HIV prevention medication (PEP and PrEP). The service also provides care for a range of related conditions e.g. genital skin conditions, chronic genital pain and gender-affirming care including hormone therapy. Mou | About you Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role: Must have a special interest in Sexual Health, particularly in men's Sexual Health Having previous experience in Sexual Health is advantageous as this role is highly specialised Being non-judging and offering compassionate care is an essential component because stigma and shame are highly predictive of self-harm and suicide risk: our team saves lives by being kind Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Excellent communication and time management skills A current annual practicing certificate A team player What does Te Whatu Ora, Waikato offer you?
