What you need:
* To be a Senior Registered Nurse with NZ Nursing Council Registration and an APC
* Have 3 years + clinical expertise in aged care
* Proven clinical leadership skills
* A collaborative working style
* Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and do hands on nursing
