With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
The Opportunity Flexible assertive community treatment is a newly implemented model including multi-professional cohesion centred around a plan of care. We are actively recruiting for a registered nurse who is passionate about effective community engagement , prioritises working alongside whanau for positive outcomes, and who sees the benefits of working in a team based approach. The new model of care Te Matapuna o te Ora, focuses on an integrated treatment approach for those who would benefit from mental health and addiction services.
