About The Regional Sales Manager Role As KROHNE Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic business partnerships and expand your management leadership. Experience in driving Sales growth and developing new market is required. Knowledge on business finance and managing profit and loss is highly desired to be successful in the role.  Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales & service strategic plan using S.M.A.R.T goals to drive its mid to long term (3-5 years) business growth. Sales growth is the key DNA to this role! Provides regular regional sales reports on all key project metrics (won, lost, quoted, etc.) to Managing Director, enhance sales tracking, won but not entered projects, etc. as needed/requested. Leverage your existing network and experience in the process instrumentation and control industry to expand our market presence and capitalise on industry opportunities. Head the country sales and service team with clear individual plans to ensure it exceed quarterly / annual sales bookings budget and overall company gross profitability (GP%) targets.  Formulate selling and pricing model in the region to differentiate KROHNE competitiveness edge without losing sight on company profitability. Create shareholder value through profit maximization and competitive displacement strategies.  Participates in key strategic projects Technical Bid Evaluations, Technical Clarification and Commercial Negotiation meetings together with sales team providing strong alignment towards management goals on all Regional Projects. Work closely with good collaboration between Finance Team / GM / EVP, APAC to ensure the company achieve its operating results (O.R) as part of the management team shared responsibility.  Lead the business development efforts, including leads generation, project pursuit, sales channel management (LBP) and effective sales negation and market research on market share and competitive analysis. Drive regional sales visibility through adoption of CRM, ICF Management tool, Corporate GA portal, project pursuit list, weekly and monthly sales reporting.  Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations through seminars, tradeshows to showcase the value proposition of our KROHNE technology, industry applications, and solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our KROHNE solutions accordingly through proper business plans.  Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field; master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience as head of sales / sales manager coupled with solid experience of managing people with a size of at least 3-5 sales engineers.  Able to present sales reports professionally using PowerPoint, Spreadsheet and Power B.I  Able to navigate through organizational and management ambiguity while performing independently. Able to deliver results while working under pressure and possess strategic agility in deriving quality decision making.  Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and achieving quarterly revenue and profitability targets. Possess managerial finance knowledge and understanding on Financial Statements.  Experience and a strong network in the process instrumentation and control industry are required. Experience in corporate presentation and is able to converse and present through financial and commercial terms. Hands-on leadership with strong technical knowledge product demonstration skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
