Regional Multi Drop Truck Driver Palmerston North Based

Walker Logistics is a fast-growing domestic and international freight company and we require a Truck Driver (class 2) for our Palmerston North operation.
The job requires drivers to perform a professional delivery and collection services in Wellington and surrounding regions.
50 hours per week Monday – Friday  *** Essential skills & qualifications *** Tidy appearance (uniform provided) Minimum - Class 2 license with clean record Strong work ethic of carrying out tasks safely and efficiently Energetic and positive attitude towards contributing to a team effort Punctual and a good awareness of time-keeping Tidy hand writing / The ability to use scanners/applications is essential (Training will be provided) Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate promptly on job progress Attention to detail *** Optional (but preferred) *** Current fork hoist license Dangerous Goods certification (to cover a small volumes of dangerous goods from time to time) Good local geographical knowledge of New Zealand Basic computer skills
