REFERRAL COORDINATOR We are looking for an Admin Superstar - someone who has the drive to succeed, who has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to see the job through.
The contract is for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
We receive referrals into the office and need someone who can take the call and complete the "paperwork" and loading correctly - all in a very timely fashion. Someone who understands the importance of getting the details correct and providing good, clear communication.
It will be a mix of rewarding, challenging, and satisfying. You will be anything but bored!
You Must Have:
• Passion and Drive about your job & a
will to succeed.
• Excellent Computer Literacy skills
• Problem solving skills
• Data entry experience would be helpful
• Compassion for others
• Eye for Detail
• Ability to work as a team member &
autonomously when the need arises
• A good sense of humor
• Outstanding time management skills
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Ability to be highly organised
• Knowledge of the health sector would
be a bonus
• Communication Skills (written & verbal)
