Recruitment Specialist

CR Consulting – Auckland airport, North Island
We are a growing recruitment and immigration firm based in Auckland. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our busy recruitment team in the Auckland office. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can recruit a variety of roles including production operators, factory workers, pickers/packers, and forklift operators - to name a few! You will be responsible for full, end-to-end recruitment processes.
What the daily work would be: Manage and grow your own client portfolio
Managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes related to dairy farming
Generate sales leads by contacting employers and new clients
Source new candidates via a multitude of channels and conduct thorough interviews
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients
Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
Job posting and perform pre-employment screening activities
You will come with demonstrated recruitment experience preferably 3-5 years of New Zealand experience, but to really stand out from the crowd, you should have sales and relationship-building skills.
