About the role: Waterfront Suites is based in Paihia and is part of the prestigious Heritage Collection group.
We are looking for someone to join our small front office team in the Bay of Islands on a part time basis working up to 35 hours per week.
You will be checking guests in and out so handling reservations, payments and welcoming guests to the hotel and local area.
You will be ensuring all hotel reservations are correctly loaded and guest requests are actioned correctly.
You will respond to phone and email enquires and provide guests with information to ensure they have the best possible stay with us!
You may have the opportunity to act as duty manager when the Resident Manager is away!
