There really is a place for you here. The opportunity:We are seeking an Office Administrator with a positive, can-do attitude to join our Christchurch team on a 7-month fixed term contract.This is a part time role (ideally 25 hours per week) and would suit someone who is looking for the flexibility to work school hours. We are looking for someone to start in mid-May and carry us through to the end of the year. Day to day you will: Manage the reception in our Christchurch office, and be the 'face' of KPMG Christchurch and ensuring our visitors feel welcomedBook meeting rooms and ensure they are kept tidy and cleared after meetingsProvide facilities support for the office, including IT support for the boardroom and set up conference calls when requiredAssist with event management for staff or client eventsAssist with invoicing and debtor management when neededAssist with Marketing events as and associated administration when requiredWhat you'll bring to the team: A professional & friendly manner, in person and on the telephone Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills Teamwork and self-motivation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client focus - both internal and external High level of initiative and able to think on your feet to solve problems
