Receptionist - Hastings Cool Store

Are you looking for a varied administration role offering school hours? We have a role working Monday - Friday (9am – 2.30pm) at our Hastings Coolstore on Tomoana Rd.
What you'll be doing:
Working at our Hastings Coolstore based on reception, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our wider team. While this is predominantly an office-based position, you might find yourself in the Coolstore completing audits from time to time.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
Complete internal audits as required with support from the operations and logistics teams plus Mr Apple's and the compliance team.
Account and Invoice Processing
Inductions and Security Administration
General administration duties as required
What you'll bring:
Tech savvy – you are a quick learner and can pick up new systems with ease.
Experience in a similar role ideally in a blue-collar working environment.
Great communication skills and a team player.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Right to work in New Zealand and willing to complete background and drug screening.
