Dentistry Merivale Christchurch is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Dental & Sterilisation Assistant to join their team. The team provides oral health care for long-term patients and new patients from all walks of life.
As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, handling patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other admin duties. With this role, there is room for growth and development.
When you are working as a Dental/Sterilisation Assistant, you will be a critical part of our team! You will support our highly experienced team of clinicians with various interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation, infection control, and stock control. Working beside experienced Dentists will give you a great insight into our practice and a rare opportunity to learn from one of the best.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk or Administrator
Previous experience as a Dental or Sterilisation Assistant
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and adapt
