Receptionist Audiology Clinic

S F White Audiological Ltd – Manawatu County Our main receptionist is leaving, and we need a replacement person in our Audiology office.
Work involves mainly general reception, computer data entry, filing, and a small amount of invoicing, so familiarity with Xero would be useful.
There is a lot of telephoning of clients, as our clients are usually elderly and hearing impaired, so a clear telephone manner and patience with their communication issues are essential.
Importantly, you must be empathic and have excellent attention to detail.
This position would suit someone who has worked in a health facility or similar.
Smart presentation is also essential.
We are unable to accept job applications from outside New Zealand, and you need to have previous reception experience.
Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
