Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers and visitors to our offices Managing and setting up meeting rooms Providing a switchboard service Performing administrative tasks Providing technology support to meeting attendees To be successful in this role you will have: An understanding of a large office environment Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and to a high standard Culturally responsive and motivated to work with a range of demographics Can do attitude within a team environment Back-filling for a staff member who's on parental leave, this role is an excellent opportunity to develop your office skills and knowledge.
