Skin Clinic Taranaki are growing, and we have two reception and/or Administration assistant positions to fill. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to join the progressive, welcoming, and supportive Skin Clinic Taranaki team. Skin Clinic Taranaki is part of the Carefirst Group of medical centres. We want to recruit a person who likes variety in their work, is a definite team player, and has a patient/client-focused work ethic.
The positions are permanent part-time roles with the option of working additional days to cover leave when required and when able. Your week will include meeting and greeting patients, taking phone calls, booking patients/clients for care or treatment, taking payments and banking, liaising with private insurance companies, and generally supporting our team with efficient, friendly, and high-quality administrative services.
We are a medium-sized friendly team who are motivated and committed to delivering high-quality, family-friendly care to our patients. You will be provided with training and support. Our successful applicant will have the following attributes:
Enthusiasm and a "can do, how can I help" attitude
A strong team player
The ability to maintain high standards of administration/service at all times
The ability to work autonomously within your scope
A willingness to learn
Hours of work will be between Monday and Friday with a minimum of 24 and a maximum of 32 hours per week.
