Rotorua Medical Group Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist/Admin Support to join our team in Rotorua Central Bay of Plenty on a full-time basis. This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient running of our medical practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings
Handling patient inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone
Processing patient registrations and documentation
Providing general administrative support to the practice
Performing banking tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of patients
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software including MS Office Suite
A friendly, professional and discreet manner with a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients
