Job Description Greeting our GuestsDealing with all incoming reservationsUpselling outletsCrosschecking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in OperaDealing with room blocks, groups, and toursMaximizing departmental revenue opportunitiesPreparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasksQualifications Previous experience in a hotel environmentOpera Cloud knowledge is essentialResaWeb knowledge is fundamentalPrevious experience in an Accor hotel is a plusAdditional Information Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week

Flexibility: Monday - Sunday

Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage.
