Reception / Cleaner

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide guests with information on local attractions, transportation, and hostel activities. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner. Manage payments Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Housekeeping Duties: Clean and tidy guest rooms, dormitories, and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and lounges. Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities in guest rooms. Ensure the hostel is clean and presentable at all times. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team. Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of hygiene. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment. Attention to detail, especially in housekeeping duties. Familiarity with reservation systems and property management software is an advantage. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
