About the Role: Remedy Resourcing is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading commercial build developer on a Tauranga based project. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a strong remuneration package and a unique opportunity to be part of a company that values team collaboration and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide financial reporting and risk management assessments. About You: You have at least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on commercial and/or high-density residential projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
