Key responsibilities: Review and negotiation of subcontract termsContracts managementCost control and reportingLiaise with subcontractors, project managers, clientsAnalysis of tenders, prepare recommendation for approvalReview work procedures before work commences (compliance)Establish and maintain project control registers To be successful you will have: High-rise or have worked on projects in New Zealand of $80+ millionRelevant qualifications5+ years QS experience in New ZealandOutstanding communication skillsThe ability to mentor junior team members
