Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at EMMETTS CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in Whanganui. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects.

Qualifications

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
Experience in preparing BOQs and cost planning
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in budget management and project scheduling
Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
Relevant certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
