Quantity Surveyor

THE COMPANY
Newly created role to join a national Tier 2 construction business who are delivering a wide range of commercial work. This is a great company, with a very steady pipeline of work who can offer real career stability as well as progression as the local team grows.
Based in a Paraparaumu office, you will work across commercial jobs across the Wellington and Manawatu/Whanganui regions. Projects are a mixture of new build and refurbishments with projects across retail, industrial, MoE and elsewhere, your work will be varied.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project from concept to handover, so you will manage all QS responsibilities across estimating, financial control, sub-contractor management and performance of the project, as well as working closely with your team and client to ensure this high end project is finished on time and to budget.
