Whether you are a newly qualified teacher or an experienced educator, if you have a passion for teaching young children, we want to hear from you.
We have two classrooms; the Pipi Room is for children 1 - 3 years old and the Paua Room is for children aged from 3 - 5 years old.
We have a very calm and well-prepared environment where children are encouraged to ask questions, have discussions, make discoveries and have a sense of curiosity in the world around them.
This is a fixed term position from November 2024 - October 2025, working 30 hours per week Monday-Friday, based in our Paua Room.

We are looking for the following: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
