We are proud holders of the Rainbow Tick which is an important symbol for us.What will you be doing?Reporting to the QA Manager, you will be contributing to Tower's success by building, growing, and supporting the Automation Test function to enable Tower's Digital and Core Insurance Platforms to inspire and protect our customers.You can expect to be across the following:Developing QA Automation processes and scripts for our Digital and Core System platforms.Integrating all Automation into relevant CI/CD frameworks, ensuring automated execution.Aligning all Test execution with existing Test Reporting Platform.Embedding in one or more Agile squads and supporting the Automated validation and deployment of all squad deliverables.Investigating and trialing new Tools, championing and driving the QA Capabilities across the team.What you'll needTo be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:Minimum 3 years' experience working 'hands-on' in a Test Engineer capacity.Extensive and proven Test Automation experience, implementing test frameworks across front and back-end systems.Insurance or Financial Services Industry preferred but not essential.API automation expert, as well as detailed experience with Web driven testing technologies, and TDD frameworks such as Cucumber/SpecFlow.Proven ability in C# Programming.Detailed experience building frameworks for UI Web Automation using Selenium or Cypress.Exposure to Automation Execution tools such as ReportPortal.io.We pride ourselves on encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work, and we embrace diverse opinions, experience, and backgrounds.
