Au Mahi | What You Will Do Utilising your experience in administrating purchasing policies and best practice, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure their interaction with our systems and processes are compliant. Primarily you will set up suppliers in Unimarket as well as assist with P card management and run reports. You will prepare training material and information, and effectively train users on the purchasing systems and provide advice and support to users where necessary. Mou | Who You Are You have experience working in accounts payable and purchasing environment. You have experience training staff in procedures and processes. As you will be dealing with a diverse range of people throughout the university, it's important that you enjoy supporting others. You will demonstrate competency in Financials, ERP systems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, Word and Excel and have a great eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. Mahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work With Finance Shared Services provide financial administration services to a number of service areas of UC. Continually looking for the best way to utilise our systems, we are able to identify and implement efficiencies with the aim of freeing up people's time and UC resources. While this is predominantly focussed around purchasing and P-card functions, for most areas, the team also provides reporting; forecast/budgeting co-ordination support and advice; accounts receivable services.
