Key Responsibilities: Teach English as an additional language Implement environmental education and methodologies Utilize educational technology, including the use of AI in education Demonstrate educational leadership Engage in educational pedagogy, assessment, and evaluation Qualifications: Hold a PhD in Education or a related field Teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels Supervise Masters and PhD students Provide service to the School, Faculty, and University Maintain a programme of research and work to secure external research funding Be highly engaged with local and national communities and within your own research community Ideally, hold registration and full certification with the Teaching Council and have the ability to undertake visits of student teachers on professional practice placements Application Steps: Applicants should follow all steps listed below: Download and complete the University application form (Pukenga/Pukenga Matua – Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Education, #2124).
