In this role, you will build positive relationships with whanaunga, support their housing needs, and connect them to services. You will guide them through changes, help with tenancy commitments, and ensure their home is fit for purpose. A Day in the Role: Building positive, trust-based relationships with whanaunga while maintaining their rights and dignity Identifying and responding to housing support needs and other wellbeing needs, connecting whanaunga to support services Collaborating with Maintenance to manage requests impacting well-being Ensure compliance with tenancy management obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act Adhere to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and codes of ethics/practice ?
