While we work in different groups and on different things, we all strive every day to make the biggest difference we can for our akonga in our education system.We have 2 Permanent, Full-Time Psychologist roles available at our Botany and Maungawhau | Mt Eden Offices.The role of the Psychologist is to provide effective, efficient and equitable psychological services for the benefit of children and young people with additional learning needs in accordance with the goals, objectives and policies of the Ministry of Education.As a Psychologist you will:Apply a strengths-based approachIdentify patterns or contributing factors that may be influencing learning, wellbeing and behaviourEnhance inclusive practices in early learning services, schools and other educational settingsCollaboratively support progress with learner goalsProvide professional support and guidance to schools, teachers, and parents/caregivers/whanau and in collaboration, support the development and implementation of intervention plansAssess, analyse, hypothesise, collaboratively plan, support and monitor the implementation of individual (or group) intervention plans for students who have additional learning needsSalary range: $85,416 - $126,000 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.
