You will be a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly professional Doctor, ready to work as part of a dynamic team delivering quality equity-focused mental health inpatient care.This role provides critical leadership for our inpatient whaiora, with opportunities to contribute to policy, procedure, and service development, supporting the team through the next stages of health sector reform. The Consultant Psychiatrist leads one of our medical teams and acts as a role model for high standards of care by fostering an environment where excellence can flourish.We are looking for someone who demonstrates a genuine commitment to the people we serve within the diverse and culturally rich community of Counties Manukau.
