Bay Audiology operates over 100 clinics from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island, and right now we are looking for qualified Audiologists to join us!
We currently have an opportunity for a Provisional Audiologist working for our Bay Audiology Waihi clinic, while supporting other clinics in the area. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Fridays, with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing ongoing support and maintenance of client hearing aids.
Employing diagnostic tests as required.
Hearing aid fittings and follow-ups.
Ensuring compliance with Bay Audiology's customer service standards and protocols.
Explaining all relevant information to ensure clients have sufficient understanding of necessary details.
Building and developing strong relationships with all customers, team members, clinicians, GPs, specialists, and the general public.
Assisting the Clinic Manager with the prompt delivery of weekly reports identifying key opportunities and challenges for the clinic.
Ensuring referrals are followed up in a timely manner.
Participating and contributing to team meetings, programmes, and other activities as required.
