The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Provider Relations Manager to be responsible for developing long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff that are engaged in Cadence clinical programs. The Provider Relations Manager (PRM) will be the face of Cadence and will be the primary point of contact for the practice. A minimum of 50% of travel is required to designated West Coast office locations to conduct meetings and provide onsite support on a regular basis to our Providers. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Successfully deploy Cadence RPM solutions at a local level with providers and staff so that solution fits seamlessly with their workflows and results in high clinician and patient adoption. Establish trusted relationships with new and existing providers and staff and identify new opportunities to deliver care to patients with other health conditions. Partner with internal Product and Care Delivery teams to ensure Cadence is learning from our providers and always improving our technology and services offerings. Collaborate with Partnerships Team to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Cadence to efficiently scale with existing and new system partners. Partner with providers to inform, educate, and bring opportunities that will help their patients live a healthier lifestyle in relation to their chronic condition. Monitor data, present reports, and encourage ongoing provider engagement through regularly scheduled touch bases and meetings. Collaborate with Partnerships team to ensure providers are meeting expectations of health system partners and provide escalation when needed. WHAT YOU'LL NEED : Requires at minimum an Associate degree in healthcare/business/communications or related field. Bachelor's degree is preferred. 5+ years of pharmacy or healthcare account management or other clinical outreach support is preferred. Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to the target audience. Strong relationship-building skills, multitasking, prioritization, and solutions-oriented. Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, verbal and written communication skills to the target audience. Metrics-driven ability to understand key goals from the program and understand reporting results to communicate areas of opportunity to physicians and/or office staff for behavior modifications. Ability to work independently with Google Suite products and web-based meeting products. Ability to meet the travel requirements for this role.
