We're looking for a Property Advisory Manager to join our high performing Property Team based in Queenstown CBD.
What you'll be doing / He aha te mahi
Leading the Property Advisory and Leasing Team you will ensure the leased property portfolio is managed according to Council policy and expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate technical property advice and issuing property related permits and licences on behalf of Council.
The role will involve:
Team leadership and mentorship of the property advisory and leasing team
Ensuring the leased property portfolio is being well managed and in alignment with Council policy, including the Community Facility Funding Policy
Ensuring lease renewals and other lease events are undertaken on time and achieve quality outcomes for QLDC
Managing and issuing Mooring Permits and Table and Chair Licenses
Planning and Managing Property Acquisitions and Disposals
What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka
You will have a minimum of 5 years managing a property portfolio, preferably 10+ years including Local or Central Government experience. With a wealth of experience in managing a property portfolio, you will enjoy leading a team and will get satisfaction in developing their knowledge and capability.
To best succeed in this role, you'll have:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree e.g. Property Management, Property Valuation
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to work across multiple projects and effectively prioritise
