We use our skills and experience to deliver solutions.Winning – we work hard and we play hard and we thrive on exceeding expectations.Good Buggers – we have fun, we are approachable, flexible and we care.Qualifications & Experience NeededCivil Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying qualification.Great technical skills in scheduling, estimating, back costing, risk analysis.Project management experience, strong leadership skills and commercial acumen.Good communication and organisational skills are key for this role.Plumbing, drainage, gasfitting and heating knowledge would be beneficial, but not a necessity.Tasks & responsibilitiesFollow Health & Safety best practice at all times.Build and maintain professional relationships, especially with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team.Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and project specific contractual requirements.Lead quality assurance processes for project related activities.
