Position Summary We are looking for a Project and Commercialization Manager to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Solutions Centre, the incumbent will be driving critical projects, partnering our strong team of technologists and manufacturing expertise to commercialize new products to meet customers' growing needs. What will you be doing Manage New Product Development (NPD) and customer project across technology and category focusing on key customers, short/long term strategic projects. Deep dive with product platforms owners to understand customers' requirements, our regional manufacturing capabilities and QFS's (Quality & Food Safety) guidance to develop commercialisation plans based on required parameters. Conduct feasibility studies to recommend the best suited facility to commercialize new products by taking into consideration customer expectations, operational constraints, cost effectiveness, commercial needs of the business, and go-to-market timeline. Plan and manage the execution of new product initiation project and serve as a focal point for all aspects of projects lifecycle management from the planning phase to the project completion phase. Responsible for project planning, execution, scheduling, functionality, quality and cost during the commercialization phase, leverage on governance and escalation process as needed to meet project KPIs. Regularly review and communicate project progress with key stakeholders. Finalize new product transfer from Customer Solution Centre (CSC) to Manufacturing Operations ownership, to include product assembly, production mixes, QAS standards, training and assessment of products following launch to include re-training where required. Keep up to date with food safety legislation and food industry guidelines and perform ongoing risk management activities and ensure appropriate risksmitigation is taken. Who we are looking for You should be a graduate from a recognised Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, FoodScience or any related technical Food discipline. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial food industry with at least 3 years in commercialisation expertise in a global organisation. Solid understanding of the food ingredients supply chain and manufacturing flow desired. You have a strong passion in the food ingredient industry, possess a growth mindset, ability to navigate in ambiguous environment, solid deductive reasoning skills. Able to work well with cross functional teams and in a matrix organization. Pro-active, resourceful, able to multitask in dynamic conditions and handle time-sensitive situations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good MS Office capabilities.
