This includes a mix of government funding bids and commercial contracts. You'll work closely with teams across Finance, Research & Contracts, and Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects are correctly set up and maintained in the Workday system.ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be to:Maintain the GNS Science repository for all contracts and agreements.Manage the project set up in Workday, including the creation and amendment of project budgets and project variations.Process project closures in Workday, ensuring all financial and administrative aspects are completed accurately and timely.Ensure all Workday project-related activity is in line with GNS process.About youYou'll have at least two years of experience in an administrative support role, covering contract management or general finance administration. You'll have excellent organisational skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
