Production Team Leader - Day Shift

WineWorks is searching for experienced Team Leaders who can lead a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be joining an experienced team of six Team Leaders. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces modern technology, has leadership experience, a level of mechanical aptitude. We are looking for someone with a fun personality who enjoys interacting with people and driving performance. A sense of humour is also a must!
This is a full-time permanent, salaried position, working within the hours of 5.00am to 5.00pm, predominantly four (4) days per week, with seasonal variations. It is expected that you will work a 45-hour week and the right person for the role can expect to negotiate a very competitive salary.
