Production Operative

Have you worked with production tooling equipment, and used automated equipment on a production line? My client is looking for a Production Operative to join its team as an extrusion setter and operator.Job Duties:Set up and run all automated equipmentInterpret technical specifications from drawingsProcess recycled materials using compounding processesMaintain accurate records and update systems as requiredWork collaboratively with colleagues to achieve and deliver to business aims and objectivesSkills and Experience Required:Five years' experience in extrusion (preferably PVC)NVQ or similar in pipe and profile extrusionPractical problem-solving attitude and abilityExperience of setting, operating and troubleshooting a wide range of production tooling within an Extrusion EnvironmentProduction schedule managementAbility to work as part of a teamCompany Benefits: 25 days holiday per year + your birthday off, company matches pension contribution up to 10%, discretionary company bonus schemeIf you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity to work for the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of cable management solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare and education markets, please send your CV.
