You will play a key role in overseeing warehouse activities, managing inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of team collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations in the warehouse and production areas, including building, picking, packing, and dispatching orders to clients.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.Assist in maintaining internal shipping and inventory systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date.Oversee quality control of finished goods before shipment to ensure compliance with company standards.Ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time, meeting client expectations and deadlines.Enforce safety and compliance standards in all production and logistics processes.Provide hands-on support to team members and resolve any operational issues as they arise.Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a supervisory role within logistics, production, or warehouse operations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Strong communication skills, able to liaise with different teams and external partners.Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.Demonstrates reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.We Offer:A pivotal role within our production and logistics team, where you'll make a direct impact on our operations.Opportunities for growth and career progression within a supportive company culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
