About the Production Team:Collectively's Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless execution and exceptional client service and we pride ourselves on guiding our clients and influencers through each step of a project with strategic solutions along the way.
Responsibilities:Collectively's Producers are responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting. This role reports directly to the Director of Production, and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
The Producer role is responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting & Management, and Client Services.
Project ManagementIndependently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticalsDevelop and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with key KPIs metEnsure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phasePrepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reportsTogether with Collectively's Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashionProactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learningsOn an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shootsExcel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platformsInfluencer Casting & ManagementResponsible for successful casting of influencers for campaigns, whether via briefs to Collectively's casting partner or by utilizing our casting CRM tool directlyLeverage Collectively's process, tools, and historical performance to provide strategic and relevant talent recommendationsLead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns, providing strong rationale for potential candidatesConduct outreach to our influencer Community, new potential partners, and their respective agents, to gauge interest in Collectively campaigns. Track availability, rates, and other key details related to the project to assess influencer alignment/fitWork cross-functionally to manage scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including influencer recruitment, community development and management, product fulfillment, and content trackingCreate surveys for additional information and opt-insClient ServicesServe as a client point of contact during the production phase of projectsBring Production POV to internal and client-facing meetings, including being prepared with key project information, documenting the meeting for internal and external stakeholdersRespond quickly to any client inquiries or requests and work with internal team members to gather information, input, or reviewCommunicate effectively and efficiently with clients across a variety of mediums, including email, phone, in-person and slides (Keynote/Google Slides)Prepare and organize regular campaign updates for clientsPartner with Client Partnerships (Collectively's revenue team) during key client journey moments to ensure a seamless client services experienceCoordinate involvement and contributions from a variety of cross-functional contributors, ensuring their work is delivered on time and on briefWith the support of Production leadership, troubleshoot production challenges and deliver thoughtful solutions that meet client or project needsRequirementsEast Coast basedMinimum 4 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience (in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar)Proven client services skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication abilitiesAn ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful contentExceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at onceAbility to work across 5+ strategic client projects at a timeA positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaborationAn entrepreneurial spirit, ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any business or strategy challengeAdaptability and a desire to work in an industry and landscape that's constantly evolvingStrong attention to detail and excellent follow-throughGreat communication skills—both internally and externallyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Programs managed meet goals for quality, quantity, and adherence to project requirementsDevelops and maintains strong relationships with clientsSuccessfully navigates complex programs and deliverablesExhibits a proactive, collaborative approach to any project challenges or delaysQuickly learns and retains information, especially regarding key project processesKeeps leadership and cross-functional stakeholders informed and up-to-date on program progress and challengesStays organized and work is consistently accurate and error-freeProjects a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor both within the organization and to clients and influencersBenefits & Team Member ExperienceRemote-FirstMedical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurances401k MatchingGenerous holiday & time offMonthly Wellness StipendFlex Fridays (after 1PM local time)Step Up Recognition ProgramCollectively Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)Virtual & In-Person EventsPayThe pay range for this position is $78,000 to $96,000.
