About The Role
The Procurement Support Analyst will assist the n3 procurement team with the receipt and management of supplier data, administration of supplier contracts, case management, process improvements and some project support, as required.
Key Responsibilities
Data and Analytical Duties Manage supplier monthly reports including follow up and validation of data.
Complete data quality and integrity checks, savings/rebate tracking, reporting on case activity, case and spend conversion.
Resolve unlinked account issues by matching supplier data to correct members.
Procurement and Supplier Support Administer and manage supplier contracts, databases, and aged debt.
Oversee supplier reporting, ensuring timely, accurate data uploads, quality checks and compliance.
Support the procurement improvement process by standardising procedures, managing data migration, and enhancing reporting consistency.
Support case management by maintaining documentation, offering training to suppliers on the system, and becoming a subject matter expert.
Internal Stakeholder Management Respond to member and supplier queries, ensure prompt resolution, and manage CRM updates while supporting the sales team with case follow-ups and resolution.
Coordinate with the marketing team on category and contract updates and gather supplier information for marketing, ensuring accuracy before publication.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, managing contracts, or relevant experience managing data and administrative tasks.
A keen eye and obsession for detail (and data).
Out-of-the-box thinking, using their initiative to improve processes and ways of working.
Systems experience: Microsoft Office proficiency with intermediate Excel skills (advanced Excel knowledge would be an advantage). Microsoft Dynamics and SQL experience (is preferable, but otherwise it will be taught).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
A related tertiary qualification would be desirable.
