The board of Taipa Area School seeks a new tumuaki/principal and invites applications from exceptional educational leaders who will bring our vision to reality and uphold our values of Painga, Manaakitanga, and Mahitahi.The school is a composite, co-educational school located on the shores of beautiful Taipa beach in Doubtless Bay, Northland. With a growing roll of over 400, our rangatahi are predominately Maori who whakapapa to Ngati Kahu as well as other local Muriwhenua iwi. They have access to an inclusive curriculum that includes a Maori immersion class in Y1 to 6.The successful applicant will guide, support, and be a proud and passionate advocate for the growth and development of our rangatahi.
