To successfully deliver NZ's Upgrade Programme a dynamic, innovative, structured, accurate and measurable procurement strategy is essential. We are looking for a number of Procurement experts to fill a range of roles within NZTA's procurement function.

As a Principal Procurement Advisor focused on Performance, we are looking for someone who can develop and manage the continuous measurement of NZTA procurement performance. You will be responsible for analysing and reporting the procurement performance of a range of major programmes and projects by ensuring commitments, milestones, objectives and targets are achieved within scope and budget.

As a UK professional we are looking for people with the following skills and expertise:

- You will have a minimum of 5 years experience of working within a procurement or contract management function providing performance analysis and reporting on major construction and civil engineering projects.

- You will be able to develop strategic performance measurement and analysis tools and processes to accurately assess procurement activity on complex projects.

- You will be an analytically minded critical thinker who can take data driven insight that can be clearly reported throughout the business to facilitate change.

- You will be able to form strong relationships and communicate information effectively.

The successful person will have responsibility for ensuring that procurement performance is managed successfully within scope, budget and on time, to deliver a major national upgrade programme.
