This will have contributed to your reputation as a leading technical expert in geotechnical investigations, modelling, and soil interaction, both locally and abroad, and have been key to your successful leadership of large-scale infrastructure projects for leading consultancies.
In addition to your technical brilliance, this role demands:
A tactical and diplomatic mind.
Demonstrated high-level negotiation skills.
Confidence to contradict current plans and thinking and push forward with justified views.
