Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Christchurch
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: January 2025 (Immediate start can be considered)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Christchurch for a full-time position, with immediate start options available and part-time arrangements considered, especially for those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience.
About the role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, focusing on the needs of all students, with a particular emphasis on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Responsibilities of the Primary School Teacher: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development for all children.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their educational journey.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student, particularly those with SEN.Develop and implement strategies that encourage student participation and foster a love for learning.Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school initiatives and events.Requirements of the Primary School Teacher: A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).Experience teaching in a primary school setting; SEN experience is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff effectively.A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, with a strong commitment to student development.Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to the well-being of all students.If you are an enthusiastic and compassionate Primary School Teacher ready to inspire and support students in their learning journey, we encourage you to apply and join our client school in Christchurch!
