We are looking for a 2IC to support our Pre-production Team Leader and Project Coordinators. Responsibilities of the role will be loading and allocating confirmed jobs, and procuring the material and hardware required to complete each project. This role also leads quality assurance checks on projects completed by our six Project Coordinators prior to production and will cover for the Team Leader when required. This role is also responsible for managing projects from acceptance to completion for a small portfolio of regular clients. We are seeking a capable person who: •Has experience leading people, including coaching and change management. •Has strong customer care focus. •Can understand the technical elements of projects and product design. •Works well in process driven environment. •Possesses strong communication skills, and a consistent focus on developing and managing customer relationships (internal and external). •Is well organised, has strong attention to detail. •Works well in a busy team environment. Experience with CAD would be a bonus.
