This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join us at Waihi Health Centre to contribute clinical excellence and community health improvement.
You will work alongside skilled colleagues, supported by dedicated medical center leadership.
This is a permanent full-time position working between 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.

We are aiming to find a passionate nurse with clinical excellence who values a supportive team environment.
Do you have what we are looking for?
A current New Zealand practicing certificate with prior experience in a medical centre (desirable) Experience in primary care setting preferred Current vaccinator certificate - working toward completion or current Added certification of ear suctioning and/or PRIME trained, an advantage Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
In addition to the practice nurse role, community prescriber, nurse prescriber or the willingness to engage in prescribing, is favourable Postgraduate nursing qualifications (or if you are working towards one) and/or specialisation is highly desirable; such as travel or occupational health, prescribing or long-term conditions Willing to continually learn and improve Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with team members.
