We enjoy a flat hierarchy and expect everyone - no matter what level - to bring ideas to work every day, speak their mind and positively contribute to the culture.We're proud to work with some of the world's leading brands - the likes of Meta, Jetstar Asia, Tefal Tourism New Zealand, and Levi's to name just a few.Job DescriptionContribute to day-to-day account implementation, supporting other team members in ensuring the efficient delivery of the communications plan.The role will see you supporting with account, media and influencer management as well as contributing to shoots, events and new business pitches. There will be opportunities to flex your creative writing skills for a range of assets and mediums, from press releases to video scripts and social media posts.It involves:ACCOUNT SUPPORTAttend client meetings, draft agendas and contact reportsKeep up-to-date record of forthcoming editorial coverageSupport with compiling monthly or project reportsProactively put forward suggestions/ideas to account teamsMedia MonitoringDaily media monitoringProactively monitor and flag trends or coverage from clients' competitors, market, or industryMedia and Influencer ManagementBuild media/influencer relations skills and pitch stories/partnershipsUpdate and manage media/influencer databasesCopywritingResearch and write press releases and marketing copy i.e. newsletters, advertorials, social media copyShoots and EventsAttend and support at video and/or photoshootsSupport with event coordination including liaising and negotiating with suppliers, assembling media packs, arranging logistics and team diaries, whilst keeping teams and clients up to dateUndertake research to support new business pitch decksAttend and contribute to brainstorms and planning sessionsQualificationsRequirements:Current communications student from a local universityFresh grads are welcome!Must be able to commit at least 4 months
