Poultry Production Supervisor

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
NZ Meat Processors is a family-owned business in Te Aroha processing chickens for the Petfood Industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused supervisor to manage our team of 15. No weekends or night shifts required.
You will need the following skills:
Lead, motivate, and train the production team
Ability to multitask
Good understanding of machinery maintenance
Ensure Health and safety standards are adhered to
Ensure hygiene and quality practices are met or exceeded
You will ideally have the following experience:
2 years team experience leading a team
Computer experience specifically in Excel
Ideally worked with MDM machines and mincers
Experience with MPI audits
You need to have a driver's license and be eligible to work in NZ.
