Plantcare Manager

Founded in 2001, Allworks is a local success story having grown steadily to its current size, employing over 30 staff. We undertake a wide range of work including gardening, building and landscaping for both domestic and commercial clients in the greater Wellington region.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Plantcare Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Plantcare team. This includes job quoting, working with clients to ensure job satisfaction and ensuring the team are where they need to be at all times.
Jobs are hugely varied and include regular garden maintenance contract work, through to horticultural based soft landscaping projects and garden make-overs.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong technical knowledge of plants and horticulture. Management experience is preferable, but for the right candidate this can be taught. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be quoting jobs and working directly with clients.
