Responsibilities:You will be the first contact members have when they contact us or come into Bay City Gym. You will facilitate personal training sessions, goal setting for members, weekly communication with PT clients, assessments, and sales. Quality customer service delivered in a positive and safety-conscious manner will be a high priority. You will motivate and care for members, assisting them in reaching their personal health and fitness goals. Your passion for health and fitness, coupled with a solid sales and customer service background, will contribute to your personal success and that of the members.
