Kiwi Club Enterprises Limited seeks a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our operations and contribute to the success of our growing team in the Bay of Plenty region, who will be responsible for the following duties: Handle assigned tasks and address staff queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage the director's schedule, prioritising tasks for optimal time management and efficiency.
Oversee the company's invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy.
Assist in preparing the financial and operational reports on a timely basis.
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the director.
Serve as the point of contact between the director, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
Provide support in the development of operational plans to streamline business processes.
Organize and coordinate the director's appointments, meetings, and events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all job responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring proper purchase documentation.
Assist in managing the daily operations to support the business.
Perform any other duties related to the orchard's operations as assigned.
Ensure timely responses to staff inquiries to promote efficient internal communication.
Conduct meetings on behalf of the director as and when required.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and up to a maximum of 35 hours per week and be paid between $25 and $32 per hour, subject to skills and requirements.
Other important requirements : Suitable candidates should hold either a relevant Level 6 Diploma or 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
